reference to al khaziama recomendation letter to promote me from member to superintendent , i here by would like to pay you my greatful and appreciations to all member and adminstration for beter prospects , but i would like to advise you that according to my health conditions i will not be able to serve you as other because of health conditions as i recently made a surgery in my back, there for i cannot keeping watching you for long time, but i have the honer to present my service to all .
